InvoHub Connect Terms of Service
Effective date: 29 October 2026
1. Who we are and what these Terms cover
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of InvoHub Connect, our connectors between AI Services and accounting systems, currently InvoHub Connect for QuickBooks (each and together, the "Connector"). InvoHub is a brand of #ONE LAST MINUTE s.r.o., which provides the Connector and is the party to these Terms ("InvoHub", "we", "us"). Our company details are set out in section 18. You can contact us at [email protected].
You accept these Terms when you first sign in to the Connector or connect a QuickBooks Online company to it, after these Terms have been made available to you by a link on our sign-in page or on the page where you approve an AI Service. By continuing to use the Connector, including by adding it to an AI Service or making requests through it, you confirm your acceptance. If you accept these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it, and "you" means that organisation. These Terms, including Annex 1 (Data Processing Terms), form the entire contract between you and us. We keep records showing when you first signed in and which version of these Terms was then in force.
Definitions
Account: your InvoHub Connect account associated with your Intuit sign-in.
Accounting Data: data held in a Connected Company that is retrieved or changed through the Connector.
AI Service: an AI assistant you connect to the Connector, such as Claude (Anthropic) or ChatGPT (OpenAI).
Connected Company: a QuickBooks Online company you have authorised the Connector to access through Intuit's authorisation flow.

Privacy Policy: our Privacy Policy at https://invohub.app/legal/privacy.
Read-only access and Read-write access: the access level you select for each Connected Company (section 4).
Eligibility and authority
The Connector is intended for business use by accountants, bookkeepers and businesses, not for personal or household use. You confirm that you enter into these Terms in the course of your business or profession, as an entrepreneur (podnikatel) within the meaning of Section 420 of the Czech Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.) (the "Civil Code"), and not as a consumer. You may use the Connector only with QuickBooks Online companies and data you are authorised to access. Where you connect a company on behalf of a client, you confirm that you hold the client's authorisation to do so and to process its Accounting Data through the Connector and your chosen AI Service.
2. The Service
The Connector lets an AI Service read from and, where you allow it, write to your Connected Companies through the QuickBooks Online API. You can connect several Connected Companies, including companies accessible under different Intuit sign-ins, and choose which company each request relates to.
The Connector is currently offered as an early-access service. Features may change, and some features described on our website may not yet be available. In the current version, the Connector provides Read-only access only; write tools and Read-write access will be made available later.
Where we make a connector for another accounting system available, references in these Terms to QuickBooks Online, Intuit and Connected Companies apply to that system, its provider and the organisations connected through it, and we will update these Terms in accordance with section 15 where needed.
3. Licence and ownership
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to access and use the Connector during the term of these Terms for your internal business purposes and, where you are an accountant or bookkeeper, for providing your services to your clients.
We and our licensors retain all rights, title and interest, including intellectual property rights, in the Connector, its software, documentation and trademarks. No rights are granted to you other than those expressly set out in these Terms, and we are not obliged to provide you with source code.
You retain all rights in your Accounting Data. We acquire no rights in it other than the right to process it as needed to provide the Connector in accordance with these Terms.
If you give us suggestions or feedback about the Connector, we may use them freely and without any obligation to you.
4. Access levels, write operations and account security
Each Connected Company has the access level you select. Read-only access is the default.
Read-only companies cannot be changed through the Connector; this restriction is enforced on our servers.
With Read-write access, write tools create or change records in QuickBooks Online immediately when your AI Service invokes them. Where a preview (dry-run) is offered, it does not replace your own review.
You are solely responsible for selecting the correct company, for the instructions you give your AI Service, for reviewing its output, and for verifying every change made to your books.
For companies with Read-write access, we keep a log of write operations (time, company, operation type and record reference) to support you and to investigate incidents.
The Connector does not initiate payments or move money.
You are responsible for keeping access to your Intuit account, your Account and your AI Service secure. You must notify us without undue delay at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of the Connector through them.
5. Data and AI Services
We do not keep a copy of your books. Accounting Data is processed only to perform your requests and is then passed to your AI Service or to QuickBooks Online.
We store your QuickBooks authorisation credentials in encrypted form, together with company identifiers and limited operational and security records. These credentials are never shared with your AI Service.
When you use the Connector with an AI Service, Accounting Data you request is transmitted to that service at your direction and is governed by its terms and privacy settings, as configured by you. You are responsible for deciding whether those settings are appropriate for the data concerned.
Where Accounting Data contains personal data, we process it as your processor or, where you act for your client, as your sub-processor, under the Data Processing Terms in Annex 1. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for that processing, including its transmission to your AI Service, and for informing the persons concerned as required by law.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data as controller.
6. Third-party services
QuickBooks Online is provided by Intuit Inc., and each AI Service by its provider; your use of them is governed by their terms. InvoHub is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit, Anthropic or OpenAI. Intuit and QuickBooks are trademarks of Intuit Inc. Claude and Anthropic are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. ChatGPT and OpenAI are trademarks of OpenAI. Other names may be trademarks of their respective owners.
We are not responsible for the availability, changes or conduct of third-party services, including changes to the QuickBooks Online API that affect the Connector.
7. Acceptable use and sanctions
You must not:
use the Connector unlawfully or with data you are not authorised to access;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Connector or to other users' data;
interfere with, overload or circumvent the limits or security of the Connector, or introduce malicious code;
reverse engineer the Connector, except where the law expressly permits it;
resell, sublicense or rent the Connector, or provide it to third parties as a standalone service, except as part of your professional services to your clients;
use the Connector in breach of Intuit's terms or the terms of your AI Service.
You confirm that neither you nor any person on whose behalf you use the Connector is subject to sanctions imposed by the European Union, the United Nations, the United Kingdom or the United States, and you will not use the Connector in breach of applicable sanctions or export control laws.
8. Fees
The Connector is currently free of charge. We may introduce paid plans or change our prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email or in the product before any charge applies to you, and you may stop using the Connector before then. Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of VAT.
9. Availability and changes to the Connector
We aim to keep the Connector available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We may also suspend your access to protect the security of the Connector or other users, or where we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms.
10. No professional advice
The Connector is a software tool. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal or other professional advice. Its output, including any data-quality or e-invoicing readiness checks, is not confirmation of compliance with any law or standard. InvoHub is not an Accredited Service Provider for electronic invoicing in the United Arab Emirates.
11. Warranties
The Connector is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all warranties and conditions not expressly set out in these Terms, including warranties of quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we give no warranty as to the accuracy of output generated by AI Services.
12. Scope of our responsibility and limitation of liability
Our responsibility. We are responsible only for the operation of the Connector itself, namely: (a) transmitting requests and responses between your AI Service and QuickBooks Online as described in these Terms; (b) enforcing the access level you select for each Connected Company; and (c) protecting the authorisation credentials and other data we store, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Matters outside our responsibility. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any loss arising from: (a) the output, actions or omissions of your AI Service, including the requests it makes through the Connector; (b) your instructions to your AI Service, your choice of company and access level, and any change made to your books at your or your AI Service's request; (c) the content, accuracy or completeness of data in your Connected Companies, and any accounting, tax, reporting or other decision, filing or submission based on it; (d) QuickBooks Online, other Intuit services or any other third-party service, including their unavailability, errors or changes; (e) unauthorised access through your Intuit account, your Account or your AI Service; or (f) the events described under "Force majeure" in section 17.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue or data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for matters within our responsibility, arising out of or in connection with these Terms and the Connector, is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for harm caused intentionally or through gross negligence and liability for harm to a person's natural rights (Section 2898 of the Civil Code).
To the extent permitted by Section 630 of the Civil Code, the limitation period for any claim against us arising out of or in connection with these Terms is one year.
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against all losses, damages, costs and reasonable legal fees arising from any third-party claim, including a claim by your client, by Intuit or by a public authority, to the extent that it results from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Connector without the required authorisation, or your breach of law in processing Accounting Data. We will notify you of such a claim without undue delay, allow you to take part in its defence at your cost, and not settle it in a way that admits fault on your part without your consent, which you will not unreasonably withhold. This obligation is independent of, and not limited by, section 12.
14. Term and termination
These Terms apply from your acceptance until terminated. You may stop using the Connector at any time by disconnecting your companies in the Dashboard, by disconnecting the Connector in QuickBooks Online, or by removing the Connector from your AI Service. Disconnecting a company deletes its stored credentials.
QuickBooks Online authorises the Connector per company: when the Connector is disconnected from a company, whether in InvoHub or in QuickBooks Online, it is disconnected for all users of that company who have connected it, and each of them must reconnect to use it again. QuickBooks Online also allows the Connector to be connected to a company through one Intuit user at a time: connecting the same company with another Intuit login replaces the previous connection.
You may terminate these Terms and ask us to delete your Account at any time by writing to [email protected] or, when available, with the delete option in the Dashboard. We may terminate these Terms or your access by giving you at least 30 days' notice, or immediately in the case of a material breach, where required by law, or to protect the security of the Connector or other users.
On termination, your licence ends, and we delete your stored credentials and Account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sections 3 (as regards ownership and feedback), 11, 12, 13, 16 and 17 survive termination, and Annex 1 continues to apply for as long as we process personal data on your behalf.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms in accordance with Section 1752 of the Civil Code. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the product at least 30 days before they take effect, except where a change is required by law or is urgently needed to protect the security of the Connector, in which case it takes effect on the shorter notice that is practicable. If you do not agree with a change, you may reject it and terminate these Terms by stopping use of the Connector and disconnecting your companies before the change takes effect, without penalty. If you continue to use the Connector after the effective date, the updated Terms apply.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The courts of the Czech Republic have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, and the court with local jurisdiction for our registered office in Prague will hear the dispute at first instance. This does not prevent either party from seeking interim measures from any competent court.
17. General
Standard terms. As these Terms are concluded between entrepreneurs, Sections 1799 and 1800 of the Civil Code do not apply to them, as permitted by Section 1801 of the Civil Code.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them to a successor of our business by notifying you.
Force majeure. Neither party is liable for a failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including outages of QuickBooks Online, AI Services, hosting or communication networks, and cyberattacks not caused by that party's negligence.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect, and the provision will be replaced by a valid provision closest to its original purpose.
No waiver. A failure or delay in exercising a right is not a waiver of it.
Notices. We may send you notices by email to the address associated with your Account or in the product. You may send notices to us at [email protected].
Language. These Terms are concluded in English. Any translation is provided for convenience only, and the English version prevails.
18. Company details and contact
InvoHub Connect is provided by #ONE LAST MINUTE s.r.o., a limited liability company incorporated in the Czech Republic, ID No. (IČO) 09286837, with its registered office at Jílovišťská 790, 155 31 Praha 5 – Lipence, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, file No. C 333886. Email: [email protected].
Annex 1 — Data Processing Terms
This Annex sets out the terms required by Article 28(3) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the "GDPR") and forms part of the Terms.
1. Scope and roles
This Annex applies where we process personal data contained in Accounting Data ("Customer Personal Data") on your behalf. You act as controller or, where you use the Connector for your client, as processor for that client, in which case we act as your sub-processor and you confirm that your instructions to us are authorised by your client.
2. Details of the processing
Subject matter and duration: provision of the Connector for the term of the Terms.
Nature and purpose: retrieving and transmitting Accounting Data and, where Read-write access is enabled, creating or changing records in QuickBooks Online, to perform the requests made by you or your AI Service. Customer Personal Data is processed transiently and is not stored, except for record references in the write-operation log.
Data subjects: your customers, suppliers, employees and contractors, their contact persons, and other individuals recorded in your books.
Categories of personal data: identification and contact data, and transaction, invoicing, payment and payroll-related data as held in QuickBooks Online. We do not intend to process special categories of personal data; you are responsible for any such data held in your books.
3. Our obligations
We will:
process Customer Personal Data only on your documented instructions, which consist of the Terms and the requests made through the Connector by you or your AI Service, including as regards transfers to third countries, and inform you if, in our opinion, an instruction infringes data protection law;
ensure that persons authorised to process Customer Personal Data are bound by confidentiality;
implement the technical and organisational measures required by Article 32 of the GDPR, as described in section 9 of the Privacy Policy;
assist you, taking into account the nature of the processing and the information available to us, in responding to requests from data subjects and in meeting your obligations under Articles 32 to 36 of the GDPR;
notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting Customer Personal Data;
on termination, delete Customer Personal Data, which we do not retain beyond the processing of each request, with write-operation log entries deleted at the end of their retention period, unless law requires their storage;
make available to you the information necessary to demonstrate compliance with Article 28 of the GDPR, and allow for and contribute to audits. An audit will first be carried out by written questionnaire. Any on-site audit requires at least 30 days' notice, is limited to once per year unless required by a supervisory authority, is subject to confidentiality and is at your cost.
4. Sub-processors
You give us general authorisation to engage sub-processors. Our current sub-processor for Customer Personal Data is DigitalOcean, LLC (hosting, Frankfurt, Germany). We will inform you of any intended addition or replacement of a sub-processor by email or in the product at least 30 days in advance. You may object on reasonable data protection grounds; if we cannot address your objection, you may terminate the Terms. We will impose on each sub-processor data protection obligations equivalent to those in this Annex and remain liable to you for its performance.
5. Transfers
Customer Personal Data is hosted in the European Union. Any transfer outside the European Economic Area by our sub-processors is subject to appropriate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR. Intuit and the providers of AI Services are not our sub-processors: transmission of Customer Personal Data to them is made on your instructions and under your responsibility.
6. Liability and precedence
Liability under this Annex is subject to section 12 of the Terms, to the extent permitted by Article 82 of the GDPR. In the event of a conflict concerning Customer Personal Data, this Annex prevails over the other provisions of the Terms.
